BE THE BEST
TO MAKE THE BEST CAKE, YOU NEED THE BEST INGREDIENTS.
After every session, parents get a session update, which is a progress report from the instructor detailing what the student was taught, student strengths, student weaknesses, and objectives for the next session.
FIND THE BEST INSTRUCTORS
We strive to find the very best instructors. We believe in the 4 Ps: Professionalism, Passion, Personality, and Proficiency. We aim to find that intersection between super fun, engaging instructors who are masters in the subjects they teach. We don’t have one-size-fits-all instructors. Our instructors don’t just teach what they are competent to teach, but what they are MASTERS to teach. Instructors must re-test and score in the 98th percentile* in the subjects of their instruction.
MAKE THE INSTRUCTORS EVEN BETTER
Baking a cake is about the ingredients, but it’s also about the process. So, we put 30 or more hours of training into the instructors and constantly incorporate re-education. Our instructors are internally evaluated on a quarterly basis, plus students submit evaluations of their instructors after each session. Session updates are yet another way our instructors are accountable for providing the very best academic support.
MAKE THE BEST CURRICULUM
Since our inception, we have devoted many hours to researching and developing our test prep curriculum. Yep, we wrote it from scratch. Thousands and thousands of pages. We stayed away from writing the monotonous stuff that other test prep companies churn out. Instead, we made our curriculum fun, quirky, and easy to digest for the modern student. We edit our curriculum each year and have published it on Amazon!
COMMUNICATE A LOT
Our instructors send you a session update (read: progress report) after each session. What did your child learn? How did s/he do? Did s/he have homework? Parents/guardians are in the know. Also, each parent and student is assigned to a coordinator who will be your go-to support system. Our coordinators will have check-in meetings with you to ensure that everything is going swimmingly (yes - that’s a real word!).
